Whilst existing experience is an advantage, **it is not essential for the role.** If you have a great attitude and personality, with strong customer service skills, we will teach you what you need to know about Pharmacy and CPAP.

**What you will be doing - Full training is provided!**
- Assisting customers with CPAP purchases (machines, masks, accessories etc.)
- Conducting sleep studies
- Troubleshooting for issues with their CPAP equipment
- Liasing with suppliers and company Reps
- Building rapport and effective relationships with customers
- Register use.
- Customer service and retail floor sales
**Here are a few things we think will make you ideal for this role**:
- Whilst Pharmacy, CPAP, or other healthcare retail experience is preferred, it is not necessary! Attitude is more important - we are happy and willing to train the right person.
- You have previous experience in a busy retail or customer service role.
- You'll have a robust customer service focus, with empathy, compassion, and a drive to deliver the best patient-centric outcomes.
- Thrive under pressure and work well independently and as part of a team.
- Have strong communication skills, with the capacity to respond quickly to the needs of our customers.
- Be a quick learner, with initiative and tenacity.
- Enthusiasm, positivity, and the genuine work ethic to 'get things done'.
