We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee maintenance services for residential and vacant properties in Kalgoorlie WA.
This dynamic role involves managing trades to conduct timely, high-quality work; scheduling subcontractors/trades to meet deadlines; scoping of works; quality inspections; and overseeing efficient service delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Manage trades to deliver exceptional results;
* Scheduling and time management skills are essential;
* Trade or building background is preferred but not necessary;
* Previous experience managing and supervising trades is required;
* A current Drivers Licence and National Police Check are mandatory;
* A White Card is also essential;
