The Delivery Executive role plays a pivotal part in driving value for clients and fostering account relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
* Establishing client connections and understanding their business needs, strategy, and pain points.
* Maintaining client satisfaction through regular feedback and reviews.
* Promoting business growth and contract margins aligned with annual targets.
* Developing solutions to meet client needs by collaborating with architect colleagues and leveraging our offerings.
* Owning new opportunities from solutioning to sales stages to close deals.
* Managing governance and delivery performance, reviewing account status, and discussing improvements with clients.
* Coordinating Service Delivery Managers and Engagement Managers as applicable.
Requirements
* Several years of experience in Delivery roles within global IT Services & Consulting organizations.
* Natural Resources, Mining, Energy Transition, Utilities sector experience is highly desirable.
* Preferably based in Perth, Western Australia.
