Your new roleIn this leadership role, you will oversee all branch operations while driving performance, commercial outcomes and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:Leading and developing a high‐performance team aligned to company valuesEnsuring operational excellence and consistent delivery of quality outcomesManaging financial performance including revenue, EBITDA, margins and expensesOverseeing quotes, tenders and commercial decisions under delegated authorityBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationships and maximising sales opportunitiesImplementing strategic plans to drive branch growth and improve business performanceEnsuring compliance with HSE, governance and quality standardsManaging hire fleet assets, utilisation, appearance and associated costsDriving continuous improvement and supporting change initiativesCollaborating with internal corporate teams and SMEs to support branch successWhat you'll need to succeedProven experience leading and managing teams autonomouslyDemonstrated ability to deliver profitable growth and strong commercial outcomesMinimum 5 years' experience in senior sales or middle management roles (construction industry highly regarded)Strong communication, coaching and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and drive accountabilityExperience leading change and fostering a high‐performance cultureSolid negotiation, customer service and relationship‐building skillsIntermediate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systemsA positive, professional and collaborative leadership styleWhat you'll get in returnYou will be joining a supportive organisation that values its people and empowers leaders to drive meaningful impact.
