Teaching Role: First Aid
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a teacher for Allied Health.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering education practices that effectively engage learners. They will also ensure that teaching materials and resources meet all regulatory standards, training packages, and related requirements.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Designing and implementing education programs that cater to diverse learning environments and student needs
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, colleagues, and external partners
* Providing support and guidance to students in achieving their academic goals
* Maintaining accurate records and reports on student progress and program evaluation
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) or qualifications that meet the Standards for RTOs 2015
* Vocational qualifications at AQF level 3 such as Certificate III, Certificate IV, or Diploma
* Vocational currency as demonstrated through a range of work and related experience from a First Aid, Aquatic, Recreation background
* Registration with relevant professional bodies as required for the teaching discipline
* A record of Vocational Competency, mapped to Units of Competency engaged to deliver
* A record of Professional Currency, demonstrating current industry and teaching knowledge
