**About the Role**
Due to Company growth & expansion they now have an opportunity for a full-time Business Development Representative to join their amazing team.
Working closely with the Business Development team, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities. Discussing business improvement needs with warm leads, identifying the best pathway business owners can achieve their goals.

**Duties**:
- Taking warm leads from their marketing and events and converting them into meetings
- Follow simple scripting to pre-qualify leads for calls and pass information onto the business development managers via CRM (training provided)
- Generating referrals and new leads to assist in building the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the team to improve pre-qualification requirements, navigate meeting schedules, and build a lasting team culture and working relationship
- Inviting trades businesses to join the online learning management system
**Skills and Experience**:
- 2+ years' experience in B2B sales
- Experience working within the trades/construction industry in a sales capacity
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Confident phone manner
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent Time management skills
- Ability to liaise with external and internal stakeholders
- You love talking to people and enjoy a challenge!
