Wood is currently sourcing Expressions of Interest for an experienced QA/QC Supervisor to support a potential short-term shutdown in Port Campbell, commencing early April.
The role of the QA/QC Supervisor is to ensure all mechanical activities meet quality requirements according to drawings, specifications, standards and codes supported by appropriate testing and inspection records.

To contribute to excellence in service delivery to the client through:
* Providing effective leadership and supervision across the QA/QC disciplines, ensuring all shutdown activities are delivered in full compliance with safety and quality requirements.
* Actively participating in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of shutdown activities, completing tasks as required and ensuring all shutdown objectives are achieved within the agreed timeframes.
* Performing all duties in accordance with both Wood's and the client's HSE programs, supporting a safe and compliant working environment at all times.
Expected:
* Trade qualification
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within Shutdown environments, plus 5 years' trade experience.
* Strong communication and organisational skills under pressure
* In depth knowledge of Australian and international Standards
* Previous live plant and brown field construction in the Oil & Gas Industry
The successful candidate will undergo medical checks and will be required to provide certificates and tickets.
