Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day branch operations and leading a skilled team.
We are seeking a passionate leader with experience in managing a small team, who can deliver exceptional customer service and assist in driving future growth and performance of the branch.
Your Main Responsibilities will include
* Manage the branches retail and warehouse operations
* Lead an effective high performing team through ongoing support, development, and mentoring
* Ensuring customer and supplier satisfaction across all branch interactions
* Develop and foster internal and external stakeholder relationships
* Promote and uphold a safety first and healthy work environment
