We're looking for a friendly and motivated individual to fill a permanent position in the BIM department.
This role involves a mixture of BIM helpdesk and IT support work.
As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to office team members and helping desk support to wider user group.
You will also be responsible for project audits, maintenance, rebuilding, enforcing documentation standards, and participating in Global BIM Meetings.
Apart from this, you will be required to assist with roll out of new software versions, run pilot projects in conjunction with model managers, keep abreast of updates to CAD platform, create and update guide notes for BIM, and provide low-level IT Support.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills with professional telephone manner
* Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Proven experience providing exceptional customer service with a 'can do' attitude towards problem-solving
* Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
* Proactive nature with demonstrated initiative and creativity
* Previous experience within architectural or professional services environment desirable
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a culturally diverse and multi-disciplinary environment
* Effective organisation and time management skills to work efficiently towards deadlines
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience with ArchiCAD or Revit considered
