Medical Receptionist – Imaging @ Olympic Park
Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our supportive team as aMedical Receptionistin our fast-paced clinic located atOlympic Park.
This part-time role (3 or 4 days per week) requires availability Mon – Thu inclusive.
Responsibilities
Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner
Front-of-house reception / Greeting patients upon arrival
Scheduling appointments for patients and referrers
Issuing patient invoices/receipts and processing Medicare rebates as required
Entering and updating patient registration details
Ensuring the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times
Qualifications & Skills
Strong customer service and patient focus skills
Eagerness to learn
Excellent time-management and organisational skills
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
Experience in a radiology background and exposure to Medicare services is highly regarded
