We're on the lookout for a Full Time Guest Experience Officer to join our team at our One Mile Holidays site.
Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll play a key role in being the welcoming face of our park, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, and having fun while doing it!

In this Role, You'll
* Be rolling out the red carpet for every guest, sharing the best of our park, local gems, and fun activities.
* Be a holiday hero by promoting Ingenia Holidays as the go-to getaway spot.
* Handle check-ins, check-outs, and all things front desk with flair.
* Keep the good vibes flowing with top-notch customer service.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
You're Likely a Match If You
* Are a customer service superstar who loves making people feel welcome.
* Have some experience in hospitality or tourism (bonus points if you've worked in a holiday park!).
* Are tech-savvy with Microsoft and booking systems, or open to learning.
* Are a team player with great attention to detail and organisation.
* Have a current valid 'C' Class Driver's Licence.
You're someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
