About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Information Management team as an Information Management Expert. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Embed and promote business information management strategy and governance requirements to project teams, ensuring effective cross-functional information integrity, robust change management, efficiency, and transparency between business and project.
* Implement the information management strategy in alignment with the business information management framework, including data, records, documents, and drawings for the project under the direction of the Senior Manager – Information Management.
* Map project-specific data & information requirements to support data management, integrations, and handover requirements.
* Implement, administer, and promote the project electronic document management system (EDMS) according to business requirements.
* Gather requirements for integrated business intelligence reporting and manage the change and development of multi-source reports for projects.
* Coordinate and communicate coding, numbering, and naming of information for the project across information systems, including alignment to client, business, and partner requirements.
* Develop information management deliverables for the project according to business, client, and project needs in adherence with the company management system requirements.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in construction, engineering contracting, or consultancy organizations in one or more of the following sectors: Buildings, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Mining & Minerals.
* At least 10 years' experience in an information management or equivalent role with experience in solution design and implementation, EDMS integrations, and business process mapping.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience (B. Information Management, Information Systems, Business Management).
* Experience with Aconex and SharePoint configuration.
* A strong understanding of project processes.
* Excellent attention to detail coupled with solid communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
