Job Summary
Programmed is seeking a detail‑oriented individual with a background in logistics to join our team as an Administrative Officer in Transport and Logistics. The successful candidate will coordinate transportation, track shipments, communicate with drivers, maintain records and assist with inventory management while handling various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate transportation logistics and scheduling.
- Track and manage shipments, including booking, tracking, and delivery confirmation.
- Communicate with drivers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of logistics activities.
- Assist with inventory management and reporting.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics or related field.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with logistics software or transportation management systems.
Work hours
Monday to Friday, 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm
