The role
Executive Intelligence Group is seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator.
We are looking for someone to start mid-January ****.
As our Office Administrator, you will manage the office on a day-to-day basis, providing essential first point of contact duties and project administrative support for a recruitment campaign.
Responsibilities include handling phones and enquiries, managing the primary email inbox and diaries, interacting with clients and candidates, coordinating social events, organising office requirements, and providing basic IT troubleshooting.
In this role you will also:
Be the lead on effective office management to support a well-run, well-equipped, and well-informed office;
Update documents and templates;
Keep the office clean and tidy, and order stationery and groceries;
Keep records up to date and occasionally do manual data entry;
Schedule appointments and diary events relevant to recruitment assignments.

We are implementing new systems and processes, offering a chance to gain skills in migrating systems and contributing to the delivery of large, internal projects.
