Key Responsibilities

* Provide person-centred support that fosters independence, dignity, and choice.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and stakeholders to build trust and rapport.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience working with adults with complex needs, including behaviour management and physical assistance.
* Strong manual handling skills, including hoist and wheelchair use.
* Basic administrative tasks, such as reporting progress notes and completing comprehensive handovers.
