About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Paralegal to join our Adelaide team. Working collaboratively with colleagues across South Australia, your key responsibilities will include:

* Drafting Legal Documents – Prepare, format, and manage legal and administrative documents.

* Client & Referrer Communication – Act as a trusted point of contact, providing updates and guidance throughout each matter.

* File & Document Management – Open and maintain files, archive records, manage invoicing, safe custody, diary management, prepare briefs to Counsel, take calls, and track online file progress.

* Court Application Assistance – Prepare and lodge court applications.

* Administrative Support – Provide reliable, proactive support to solicitors.

* Compliance – Ensure all work complies with legal and confidentiality standards.

* Ad-Hoc Support – Assist other legal teams as required.

Skills & Experience

* 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal (preferred).

* Strong drafting and document-preparation skills (legal or transferable).

* Exceptional attention to detail.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Professional and confident telephone manner.

* Strong client service and relationship-building skills.

* Reliable, punctual, and able to manage confidential information appropriately.

* Calm under pressure with strong time-management and prioritisation abilities.
