Job Chance Scrum Master (Overseas Placement Only)
Job Location: Overseas (International openings only)
Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a Scrum Master responsible for driving Agile best practices across international projects. Key responsibilities include:
Sprint & Scrum Management
- Ensure Sprint objectives are achieved with the Scrum team
- Own resolution of team impediments
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Grooming, Demos, Retrospectives
- Maintain Sprint Backlogs with strict adherence to MoSCoW prioritization
Product Backlog & Collaboration
- Support the Product Owner in backlog maintenance, story definition, and acceptance criteria
- Ensure Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) are followed
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams through Scrum of Scrums
Agile Process Implementation
- Champion Agile/Scrum practices (XP, Kanban, CI/CD, TDD, ATDD)
- Protect the team from external interferences
- Track & update all Agile metrics and tools (e.g., ALM, internal tools)
- Drive Agile maturity across the team
Team Development & Performance
- Identify competency gaps and initiate upskilling/cross-skilling plans
- Provide feedback to Agile Program Leaders and Line Managers
- Enable team stability within 68 sprints (with 10% velocity variation)
- Ensure multiskilling for 50% of the team
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Record and own retrospective actions
- Participate in internal quality forums and community of practice initiatives
- Analyze metrics and initiate corrective actions
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Strong grasp of Agile frameworks and engineering practices
- Experience managing international Agile teams
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong knowledge of ALM tools and Agile tracking dashboards
