The Role: Supported by a Junior Property Manager to assist with leasing, open inspections, applications, and references, this position allows you to focus on managing a well maintained portfolio of 190 properties.
Your daily responsibilities will include: Consistently deliver top tier services to both owners and tenants Coordinating ingoing and outgoing inspections as required Addressing escalated repair issues Managing rent increases Resolve escalated complaints No leasing, no weekend work, and no accounts, with a neat and organized portfolio to manage
The Candidate: Previous experience in Property Management A current Real Estate License, along with a reliable car and valid driver's license Familiarity with end to end aspects of Property Management, including tribunal processes Excellent organisational and time management skills A collaborative team player, ready to provide support when needed Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships To Apply: Please call Vanessa Necovski on for more information or email your CV to .
