Residential Manager – Aged Care Location: Ballarat Facility Size: 90-100 beds Start: ASAP An established aged care provider is seeking an experienced Residential Manager to lead operations at a 90-bed facility in regional VIC. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. Lead and support clinical and care teams to maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction. Manage budgets, occupancy, and staffing in line with organisational objectives. Drive continuous improvement, quality, and safety across all service areas. Liaise with residents, families, and stakeholders to promote a positive care environment. Requirements: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Proven leadership experience in residential aged care management. Comprehensive understanding of compliance, funding, and accreditation processes.
