We're gearing up to launch an exciting new venue in the heart of Fremantle, and we're searching for a talented Head Chef and kitchen manager to lead our kitchen from the ground up.

Requirements for this role:
* Flexible hours available
* 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and mentor a new team
* A passion for consistently executing high quality meals and bar snacks in a fast‑paced environment
* Fresh pizza making experience is highly favourable
* Ability to collaborate on and execute an exciting new menu with the opportunity to add your own flair
* Excellent understanding of food safety, cost control, and kitchen operations
* Creativity, reliability, and a proactive attitude
