About the Role

The Customer Support & Admin Officer manages daily coordination of customer service and order administration across various e-commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities include managing inbound enquiries, refunds, returns, warranties, order processing, and data flow between different systems.

* Manage customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
* Process orders accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
