About the Role
As Store Manager, you will take full accountability for the performance of a high-volume store, leading from the front and developing a motivated, results-driven team. You'll be responsible for all aspects of store operations, people leadership, and commercial outcomes, ensuring the store consistently delivers against key KPIs while maintaining high presentation and service standards.
This role will suit a hands-on leader who thrives in an energetic retail environment and enjoys balancing people leadership with strong commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
* Drive sales, conversion, and key commercial KPIs
* Manage rosters, wages, and store costs in line with budgets
* Oversee stock management, VM execution, and store standards
* Foster a positive and accountable team culture
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
What you need:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager
* Background in sportswear, fashion, or high-volume specialty retail
* Strong people leadership and coaching capability
* Commercially minded with a track record of driving results
* Confident managing large teams and fast-paced trade
