**The Company**:
Our client is a privately owned property owner and developer with a sizeable portfolio, of varying asset classes, throughout Australia. They have been established for more than thirty years and are experts in what they do.
**Responsibilities**:
- Grow and maintain positive relationships with retailers, customers, suppliers, local government and other important stakeholders
- Assist Centre Manager to develop the overall centre strategy, annual plans and yearly budgets
- Define and establish exceptional customer service standards and ensure effective and timely resolution of any complaints
- Lead and coach the Administration team to facilitate performance improvement and professional growth
- Manage tenant arrears and implement debt reduction strategies
- Action lease renewals and maintain tenancy schedule
- Previous experience managing a retail asset would be highly advantageous
- Ability to maneuver issues and proactively solve problems effectively
- Advanced communication skills and a proactive and skilled approach
- The ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing staff
- Previous Centre Management, Management experience, minimum 5 years
