Responsibilities
* Assess injured and ill workers to determine the best strategies for facilitating their return to work.
* Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educate employers on the health benefits of good work.
* Case manage complex injuries and coordinate with treating doctors and health professionals to support injured workers in their recovery and return to work.
* Provide clinical opinions and justifications through detailed report writing.
Additional Services
* Conduct ergonomic assessments in workplace, home, and vehicle settings.
* Develop job dictionaries.
* Lead interactive manual handling training and implement stretching and warm-up programs.
* Conduct pre-employment assessments, including drug & alcohol testing, audiology, spirometry, vision, and functional testing.
