The Role involves managing all on-site activities and performance. We are looking for leaders with a professional approach to managing people and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all on-site activities and performance
* Provide leadership in health, safety, quality, and environmental management
* Stakeholder and resource management
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A stable track record of delivering similar-sized projects for head contractors in commercial construction within Australia (minimum of 5 years)
* Experience delivering projects as a Project Manager up to $60m
* Experience in Australia working for the head contractor (Required)
* A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
* Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac, and MS suites
* Experience developing talent
* Experience in managing large teams in a large project environment (In commercial Construction)
* Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
