Role Overview
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting cutting-edge mobile C-arm imaging systems across hospitals and private healthcare facilities nationwide.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically driven engineer to take their skills to the next level in the medical imaging space.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or electronic engineering, with experience working with medical devices or electronic hardware/software interfacing.

Key Responsibilities
* Service and Maintenance: Perform routine service, maintenance, and repair of mobile C-arm imaging systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
* Liaise with Hospital Personnel: Build strong relationships with theatre managers, surgeons, radiologists, and biomedical engineers to deliver exceptional customer support.
* Remote Support and Field Visits: Provide timely remote support and conduct regular field visits, including occasional interstate travel, to meet the needs of our customers.
* Documentation and Reporting: Prepare accurate service reports and documentation to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
* Training and Development: Participate in OEM training programs, including overseas opportunities where required, to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.

Requirements
* Qualifications: Electrical or Electronic Engineering degree or equivalent.
* Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a field service/technical support role.
* Skills: Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills in both hardware and software, strong customer focus, and clear communication skills.
* Certifications: QLD Driver's Licence and full working rights in Australia (citizenship or PR). EPA licence/s preferred but not essential.
