About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the delivery of Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients as a key member of our consulting team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead client engagements from discovery through to delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical outcomes.
2. Manage senior client stakeholders to shape scope, strategy, and successful delivery of Salesforce programs.
3. Facilitate strategic discovery workshops, develop solution blueprints, and define roadmaps across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and industry solutions.
4. Define and institutionalise consulting best practices, reusable templates, engagement playbooks, and artefacts to uplift consulting capability.
5. Provide mentoring and guidance to consultants, supporting their professional growth and sharpening internal Salesforce consulting excellence.
6. Drive cross-functional collaboration across architecture, delivery, and product teams to ensure fit-for-purpose, scalable solutions.
7. Support pre-sales engagements including solutioning, scope definition, estimation, and client presentations.
8. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations and thought leadership around Salesforce capabilities and roadmap planning.
Requirements
* Deep Salesforce consulting experience with a track record of managing complex enterprise projects.
* Expertise in scoping and leading multi-cloud Salesforce engagements across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and industry verticals.
* Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to building and scaling internal consulting capability—creating artefacts, frameworks, and coaching approaches that uplift teams.
* Excellent facilitation skills for workshops, discovery sessions, and solution definition.
* Hands-on Salesforce knowledge and experience working in Agile environments.
* A passion for delivering measurable business value and a commitment to excellence in client outcomes.
