IT Support Team Lead Role Overview
The IT Support Team Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of their state-based IT support team.
* Key responsibilities include performance management and coaching, providing 1st and 2nd level support for IT issues across clinical and corporate systems, leading the implementation and adherence to IT Service Management (ITSM) practices including Incident, Problem, and Change Management, and maintaining and configuring the Manage Engine Service Desk ticketing system.
As a key escalation point for technical and operational issues, you will collaborate with other state-based leaders to deliver "follow-the-sun" support across all sites.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a hands-on support background who thrives in fast-paced environments.
