About your role: * Effectively manage self-development and work with the Nurse Unit Manager to meet unit nursing staff development needs. * Effectively communicate at all levels across the organisation to promote effective team functioning. * Apply contemporary human resource management principles to ensure that the unit working environment meets legislative standards and CHHHS policies and procedures.
