As a Front House Staff member and Barista at Kooco Espresso bar & Kitchen Robina, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers enjoy every moment they spend at our cafe. Your enthusiasm, skills, and dedication to providing excellent service will make you an integral part of our team.
**Responsibilities**
- Work with other staff as a team
- Maintain hygene & clean service area
- Prep drink bar menu on based drink menu stock
- Opening or Closing cafe
- Provide excellent customer service
- Build customer service relationship with customers
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a modern POS ordering software
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
- Take orders and deliver them to the table deftly and accurately
- Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
- Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
