Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a hands-on role with variety? Join a busy yard located in Kilkenny where no two days are the same
We're seeking a reliable Forklift Operator / Yard Hand with strong recent forklift experience. If you're confident on a range of forklifts and enjoy working both on and off the machine, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Loading & unloading containers
* Loading & unloading trailers
* Load restraint on trailers for delivery
* Handling large, bulky and long products
* General yard hand duties, including yard cleanliness
* Working outdoors in all weather conditions
What We're Looking For
* Strong recent forklift experience (twin tyne experience highly regarded)
* Experience handling glass, large or bulky freight – desirable
* Experience with RF scanners or SAP – highly regarded
* Ability to work on and off the forklift
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
