About the Role
The ideal candidate for the role will be a Project Manager with expertise in Audio-Visual Integration. Ideally you will come from a Technician background, having previously installed AV Equipment.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of AV projects from inception to completion. You'll manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication while ensuring top-tier client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of AV projects from planning to execution, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, stakeholder communication plans, and risk management strategies.
* Quickly and effectively resolve project challenges to ensure smooth execution.
* Provide technical expertise in Audio & Video solutions, ensuring best-in-class installations.
* Monitor project profitability, margins, and resource utilisation.
* Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and share insights with the team.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* At least 3 -5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Audio-Visual, Video Conferencing, and Unified Communications solutions.
* Knowledge of LED Video Walls, Microsoft Teams rooms, DSP, Racking and knowledge of AV construction processes and techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
* Experience with delivering on Project Mgmt. fundamentals of Time, Cost and Quality.
* You may have a qualification in AVIXA, CTS or a project management PMP or Agile certification.
