We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support the Director and General Manager at Linked Financial Services.
This role will commence on a flexible basis and may transition into a permanent position in the new year, depending on performance and business needs.
This is a hybrid role based on the Gold Coast, with our office located in Robina.
Once the successful applicant has settled into the position, there will be some flexibility to work from home part-time.
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organisational support, manage calendars, coordinate meetings, liaise with clients, handle correspondence, and assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Strong computer skills and confidence speaking with clients over the phone are essential.
Qualifications
Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant; experience in financial services is highly regarded
High proficiency in administrative support, organisational tasks, and office software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Comfortable engaging with clients, including professional phone communication
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain discretion with confidential information
Self-motivated and proactive, with strong organisational capability
Location & Flexibility
Applicants must be based on the Gold Coast
Office located in Robina
