We are looking for a dynamic, organised and engaging individual to join our Human Resources team as a HR Business Partner, supporting our MEL1 Fulfillment Center.The HR Business Partner is a hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our MEL1 team.
The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.The role will be based on-site working Monday - Friday.Key Job ResponsibilitiesImplement HR initiatives to drive and maintain an overall culture of excellent employee relations and communicationCoaching and mentoring of leaders from across the Fulfillment Center teamsProactive gathering of data from appropriate sources to drive decision makingMaintain an emphasis on continuous improvement and best practices to be shared with other Fulfillment Center teamsCollaborate effectively across an number of internal and external teams including Finance, Payroll, LegalSupport in developing innovative, user-friendly shift modelsBasic Qualifications3+ years of human resource business partner or blend of operations and HR experienceExperience as a human resource business partner or a blend of operations and HRExperience supporting hourly employee client groupExperience working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR informationPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related fieldExperience in human resources at companies supporting ******* or more associatesExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Payroll Systems or HRISAcknowledgement of countryIn the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
