Piccolo Cucina is looking to hire 2 cooks to bolster our team.
Piccolo Cucina is an Italian restaurant located in the heart of Cairns serving authentic
Italian cuisine including handmade pastas in a friendly and energetic atmosphere.
We are looking for 2 professional Full Time Cooks with a positive attitude to join our team
at Piccolo Cucina. We pride ourselves on delivering a high level of service and are
looking for additional kitchen team members to contribute to an excellent workplace
culture.
You will be supporting the head chef in contributing to successfully run kitchen as well
as the execution of great food.
With previous experience in a fast paced environment, you will be a resilent, highly
driven and a quick thinker with a solid kitchen background.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to the Piccolo Cucina standard
-Great time management skills
-Minimum 2 years experience as a cook
-High standards of professionalism
-Experience working in a fast paced environment
-Minimum certificate IV in commercial cookery required
