We're looking for someone just like you to join our team at the Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron.This role is central to keeping our Club running smoothly behind the scenes – you'll be handling day-to-day financial operations and payroll, supporting both staff and members alike.What You’ll Be Doing:Managing day-to-day bookkeeping functions including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and reportingResponding to finance and payroll queries from staff and membersEnsuring financial records and documentation are up to date and accurateSupporting the Head of Finance with general tasksAssisting with occasional admin duties as neededAbout You:3+ years in a bookkeeping/accounts support role; experience in clubs or hospitality is a bonusConfident using accounting software such as Micropower, Deputy, Xero, etc. Training available if neededDetail-oriented and accurate with numbersStrong communicator and a team player with a helpful attitudeSolid knowledge of payroll processing and compliance (experience with Deputy software is a bonus, but training is available)What We Offer:A positive, professional work environment right by the waterFlexibility: 4–5 days per week, or 5 shorter days (school hours welcome!)A close-knit team... and, cake on your birthdayTo apply, please send your application.
