Due to continued growth and ongoing project delivery, an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced HR Advisor to join the business on a 12-month temporary contract with potential to extend.
This role will focus on end-to-end recruitment.
About The Role
Reporting into a high-performing People team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide expert HR support, guidance, and coaching across a broad portfolio.
This is a true generalist role with a strong emphasis on recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Management of end-to-end recruitment
Provide timely and strategic HR advice to managers and employees across a range of business functions.
Lead and support HR initiatives aligned to workforce plans and organisational priorities.
Coach and develop leaders on employee engagement, ER/IR, and performance.
Diagnose people-related challenges and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.
Prepare and contribute to reports, business cases, and policy development.
Support HR project delivery, change initiatives, and continuous improvement.
About You
3+ years' experience in a HR Advisor or recruitment, ideally within a complex or highly regulated environment.
Demonstrated knowledge across the full HR generalist suite – including performance, change, IR/ER, and talent development.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to operate across multiple levels of leadership.
A proactive, commercially-minded approach and a passion for people-focused outcomes.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
