The Role
We're looking for a qualified residential carpenter to join our Canberra team working across new homes and extensions. You'll handle day-to-day site tasks independently, keep work on schedule and deliver high-quality finishes in line with Scott's standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who can run their own day, manage tasks autonomously and take pride in a job done properly.
Your Day-to-Day
Framing, cladding, decking and fit-off work to a high standard
Working alongside Scott and other trades to deliver each stage efficiently
Sharing daily site updates and photos digitally via app or software
Maintaining a safe, tidy and organised work site
Following task lists and priorities set by the builder
What You'll Bring
Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent trade qualification)
Residential carpentry experience – new homes and/or extensions
High attention to detail and reliability to work unsupervised
Own vehicle and full set of tools
White Card, Silica Awareness Card and current driver's licence
Good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay & Conditions
$40–$50 per hour based on experience (with opportunity to earn more as you learn more)
12% superannuation, standard leave entitlements and opportunity for other benefits
Full-time, ongoing work with consistent projects through ****
