We are looking for a motivated Casual Gaming Attendant to join the PLG team at Steeples in Mornington. You'll be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and support the team to ensure compliance requirements are upheld at all times.
Location: Steeples is a dining and entertainment complex located next to the Mornington Racecourse on the Mornington Peninsula.
Responsibilities
* Provide customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
* Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
* Ensure the gaming room is always at the highest standard.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
* Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
* Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
* Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Customer service skills.
* Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
