About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of treatment plants, reservoirs, booster stations, and sewer pumping stations, as well as providing support for tradespeople engaged in managing infrastructure within the water and sewer branch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the effective and efficient maintenance of treatment plants, reservoirs, booster stations, and sewer pumping stations
* Provide support for tradespeople engaged in managing infrastructure within the water and sewer branch
* Utilise a wide range of hand and power tools
* Maintain accurate and current computer databases
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
* Class C Drivers Licence
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
* General administrative skills demonstrating a competent level of literacy, numeracy and basic computer skills
* Willingness to undertake further studies and training as required
