You'll be the engine behind our creative operations: running timelines, communicating with clients, managing deliverables, and making sure no ball drops. If you're organised, proactive, and love creative environments, we want to hear from you.
Who you are
* 3+ years experience in agency production, account/project management or studio coordination.
* Brilliant at

* Calm, confident and great with people, clients trust you, creatives like working with you.
* Obsessed with detail, but can see the big picture.
* Familiar with tools like Monday, Google Workspace, (or quick to learn).
* Bonus if you've worked with branding, design or marketing studios.
What you'll do
* Be the main point of contact for clients on project progress and timelines.
* Manage the day-to-day studio workflow, ensuring designers, strategists and freelancers are briefed, booked and on track.
* Help build out and improve our internal systems, templates and processes.
* Flag resourcing needs before they become issues.
* Keep everything running smoothly so our creative output is consistently excellent.
