In this pivotal role, you'll provide expert HR advice and partner with leaders across the organisation to deliver best-practice solutions. You'll manage a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, performance development, case management, and policy implementation, all within the APS framework.
What you'll do:
* Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Provide strategic HR advice aligned with legislation, enterprise agreements, and policy.
* Support performance development, change management, and employee relations initiatives.
* Partner with business units to deliver practical, people-focused solutions.
* Drive work health and safety compliance and foster a positive workplace culture.
* Mentor and guide team members to build capability and confidence.
What we're looking for:
* Strong knowledge of APS HR frameworks and employment legislation.
* Proven experience in HR advisory roles with a focus on complex case management.
