Job Title: Sales Associate
Key Responsibilities:
This role requires the ability to deliver exceptional customer service, promoting sales within our showroom environment. Key tasks include creating welcoming environments for clients and medical professionals, while delivering tailored solutions with Occupational Therapists, medical professionals and said clients.
* The successful candidate will be able to provide effective communication advice on product knowledge;
* Demonstrate physical fitness for deliveries to customers;
Main duties involve providing a supportive atmosphere that encourages client satisfaction through active listening skills and cross-selling strategies. Promote brand awareness by maintaining high levels of customer engagement during store visits or events; ensure seamless transactions occur at checkout counters when necessary.
