Sales Representative Job
About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our Mackay Parts team as a Sales Representative for our Donaldson product group. This customer support role will have you delivering a high level of service by acting as the key point of contact for their filtration requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage relationships in an existing network of customers within the territory
* Growth and new business development of the Donaldson filtration range
* Undertake negotiations with customers and resellers regarding their supply agreements
* Accurate reporting of current and prospective activity, growth potential, market and competitor analysis
* Maintain an effective territory customer call and visit plan
* Achieve nominated sales and trading targets
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated sales and customer service experience with evidence of success
* Experience in Earthmoving, Mining, automotive or similar industries is preferred
* Genuine desire to deliver Total Customer Satisfaction as you develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
* Previous experience with the use of CRM or similar customer management database
* Motivated and competitive drive to meet and exceed sales targets
* A current driver's license and the ability to travel frequently
