Job Title: Maintenance Planner/Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated maintenance professional to join our team. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work on a variety of specialised equipment, travel nationally and internationally, and be part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and monitor maintenance & compliance records.
* Ensure internal corporate KPIs are met.
* Record and archive pre-starts and enter hours into maintenance management system.
* Complete weekly maintenance reports.
* Coordinate availability of equipment and schedule routine maintenance activities, faults, and repairs with operations team across Australia.
* Update and complete work orders.
* Handle procurement, quotes, invoicing, and freight.
* Assist with asset acquisitions and disposals.
* Engage subcontractors for overflow works.
* Book and arrange travel and accommodation for maintenance personnel.
* Prepare maintenance KPI reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Secondary or tertiary education.
* Email management, data entry, and working across spreadsheets skills preferred.
* A willingness and ability to travel frequently.
* Presentable and professional, with strong organisational skills.
* At least 2 years' experience working in a similar position.
* Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously and within deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise projects.
* Proven ability to pick up internal systems (IT) quickly.
* Flexible approach with strong business acumen.
