We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Member Services Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a passion for health and fitness.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide first-class customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone. You will be responsible for acquiring new members, promoting the centre's services and programs, and ensuring that all interactions with customers are positive and professional.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a passion for health and fitness, and a friendly attitude. Previous experience in a similar position is highly advantageous, but candidates with a strong customer service mindset are encouraged to apply.
About the Role
