Job Title
The primary objective of this role is to support operations in Western Australia by collaborating with supervisors and managers to maintain a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with Operations teams to implement and maintain safety protocols
* Cultivate a proactive safety culture by coaching supervisors and managers
* Conduct thorough incident investigations and corrective actions
* Carry out risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits
* Monitor and analyze safety performance trends to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and deliver tailored safety training programs
* Represent the organization in industry forums and government discussions
Requirements:
* Proven experience in implementing and maintaining safety systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in risk management and safety auditing
