Job Description

Create and execute annual go‑to‑market and strategic marketing plans.Develop, manage, and take full accountability for the marketing budget.Conduct proactive end‑user market research to understand market dynamics and identify incremental growth opportunities.Optimise product offerings through regular product analysis and review of market trends.Organise and execute key sales and marketing programs-including promotions, advertising, PR, and communications-in collaboration with Sales Managers.Develop and manage integrated marketing programs such as digital and print advertising, lead generation, tradeshows, promotion management, and sales support for relevant market segments and product and publish editorials, case studies, brochures, and advertising materials for assigned segments and product lines.Develop and deliver distributor and end‑user product training sessions.Provide regular in‑field support, including presentations, tradeshows, conferences, and customer engagement activities.Monitor and report on industry trends, topical developments, and competitor activities.Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team.Track and report performance metrics of digital campaigns to gather customer insights and support continuous with internal stakeholders-including Marketing, Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, Technical, Supply Chain, and Logistics-to ensure marketing requirements are met.Ensure all work practices comply with applicable Workplace Safety other duties as reasonably required by the business.

CKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Sales Achievement

Measured by actual sales vs. monthly and annual targets, including profitability goals.

Market Development Participation

Evaluated through monthly reports and active contribution to national sales and marketing initiatives.

Marketing Plan Execution

Successful development and implementation of marketing plans designed to drive incremental sales in each sector.

End‑User Awareness and Demand

Measured through lead‑generation outcomes and market/brand awareness research.

Project Management

Effective delivery of new products and programs to market within agreed timelines.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5 years prior experience in B2B marketing within their professional market sectors (Industrial, Food, Commercial or Automotive) Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing plans and budgets Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing communications and lead generation across various paid and owned channels of communication including social media. Proven successful communication and presentation skills Infield customer-facing experience, launching, promoting and training on product offering Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects whilst consistently executing within planned deadlines Organised self-starter willing to take the initiative to get things done and work with all levels of internal and external stake holders Strong analytical and negotiation skills Proficient computer skills - (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Experience with data visualisation tools such as excel, Tableau or PowerBI

This role is based at Lane Cove however travel will be expected whenever required
