This great organisation located in the centre of metropolitan Sydney is in need of a.Net Technical Lead, to be responsible for a team of three supporting critical systems, providing development and support capabilities to the business, across a range of areas such as logistics, engineering and communication functions.
**The role will see you**:
- Lead multi-disciplinary Agile team to manage the product lifecycle
- Lead research, including consultation with stakeholders to define current and future product enhancement to meet customer needs.
- Develop and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, managing expectations, handle issues and ensure the delivery of products and services.
- Coordinate the resolution of third level issues, providing advice and support to the team in diagnosing, documenting and resolving issues.
**You will bring to the role**:
**2-5 years’ experience in a senior role gained in a C#.Net and SQL server environment, while any exposure to AWS will be treated as a plus**
You will have demonstrated your ability to think out of the box and collaborate with others to ensure the successful production deployment of software and resolve technical systems issues. This role is for a proactive and highly motivated individual who has the following experience and skills:
- **Previous experience in providing technical leadership to a small team of.Net developers**:
- Experience developing commercial scale C#.net code
- Ability to solve technical issues
- Solid skills in system maintenance, production incident problem management, identification of root cause, remediation of the problems
- Exceptional problem troubleshooting and problem solving skills
