**The Opportunity**
Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Retail Manager to be an integral part of their team and be the go-to person for the centres. With a keen focus on financials and retailer relations. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Work closely with the Asset Manager to ensure accurate, timely and reconciled monthly reports and annual reporting requirements
- Review and maintain arrears reporting and monthly expense accruals
- Addressing matters that arise with tenants on day to day basis
- Weekly review, coding, and sign-off of OPEX and CAPEX invoices against budgets
- Review tenancy schedules against lease and deed documents
- Developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Work closely with the Facilities Management team to coordinate repairs and maintenance
- A tertiary property degree is preferred but not essential
- Broad property management experience, either directly or working closely with property management teams
- Strong Excel and Word skills
- Good communication and report-writing skills
- Highly motivated with a professional manner
- Committed to high standards with a focus on attention to detail
